NOTE : This note is specially created for those who would bash this.

This Element AI is cheap. I never though it will be that cheap.
Thus, I had to remove some of his move during AI mode to lessen the cheapness..
And I screwed his Offscreen system AI but that will be considered on the later full version

You are welcomed to  make a balanced AI patch for this char, I will be very appreciated it
I know how to AI a bit but not really that proffesional..

Also this Element was planned to be a playable character at my certain mugen full game 
project and will NOT fightable as opponent in that full game since he will be used for a cheap
buster which explain all of his cheap moveset.

This is some stuff that you people would critic the most :
"Element has 2 annoying counter attack skills, first is the parry-like counter that paralize you and the other
is a high damage counter that threw you up very far. The 2nd counter with big damage isn't really a big deal but
it still annoying, the most annoying is the 1st one as Element oftenly does to paralize you.....

Satisfied? I already critic this char myself before you people did :P

Don't like it? then delete this char up. And people has different taste of char/stuff anyway.
